The Charnwood DS16/32 integrates precision sanding with capacity flexibility. In a single pass it handles up to 405 mm (16″), and by removing a side plate it can process boards up to 810 mm (32″) using two passes. A variable-speed feed conveyor ensures optimal finish on all wood types, while extension beds and a sturdy floor stand support long workpieces.
Height adjustment of the drum is done via a large calibrated hand wheel. The sandpaper wrap is tool-free to change, using pre-cut taper ends that clamp directly to the drum. Mobility features include lifting handles and wheels, and the machine ships with a fitted 80-grit sanding wrap, dust port elbow, and wheels.
