Featuring a 3/8" BSP thread profile with 19 threads per inch, this intermediate hand tap is suitable for engineering, pipe fitting, maintenance and workshop applications.
A second hand tap is commonly used after a taper tap to continue cutting the thread. For blind holes requiring additional thread depth, a suitable finishing or bottoming tap may also be required.
