Terms & Conditions:

When purchasing online, please ensure you provide accurate delivery and recipient details for postal delivery.
The physical voucher card will be prepared and either collected in store or shipped to the provided address.
The recipient can redeem the voucher at the checkout counter in our Limerick store by presenting the physical card at the time of payment.
Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of issue.
The original physical voucher must be presented at checkout.
Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced or reissued once issued.
Joe McKenna’s is not liable for vouchers lost in the post or sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
The voucher can be used in full or part payment for in-store purchases. If the total purchase exceeds the voucher amount, the balance can be paid using standard payment methods.
