Ideal for furniture making, cabinet installation, joinery and general woodworking, this biscuit joiner creates precisely positioned slots for compressed-wood biscuits used to align and join timber components.
Powered by Makita's 18V LXT battery system, the DPJ180Z operates at 6,500rpm and features a 100mm cutter blade with a maximum cutting depth of 20mm.
Six preset cutting depths accommodate common biscuit sizes, including No. 0, No. 10 and No. 20, while the adjustable fence offers a 0–90° working range with positive stops at 0°, 45° and 90°.
Additional features include rack-and-pinion height adjustment, a comfortable ergonomic handle, electronic overload protection and an anti-restart function.
