All goods supplied by us are sold only upon the following conditions. The use of this website or the placing of an order for any such goods includes acceptance of these conditions. You must be 18 years of age or over to use this website or place an order.


www.joemckenna.ie reserve the right to accept, refuse or limit your order for any reason whatsoever and are not obliged to give its reasons for such a refusal or limit.


www.joemckenna.ie aim to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 7 working days of receipt. In the event that this is not possible we will be in contact with you.

All orders up to 30kg in weight will be dispatched to you using our carrier service DPD.

Large orders consisting of a Mini Pallet or Full Pallet delivery will be dispatched to you via another carrier depending on your location.

Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to have a forklift available where necessary to unload where pallet or mini-pallet deliveries are involved.

When your order is dispatched you will be notified by us via email or Phone Call.

If it is dispatched via DPD we can supply you with a Track & Trace number if requested to enable you to track your order on http://dpd.ie/Shipping/Track-and-Trace. You can Track and Trace your DPD package here. All deliveries must be signed for unless otherwise agreed with customer.

Please ensure the information you submit contains your full delivery address and your land line and mobile numbers.

All deliveries will be during normal working hours Monday – Friday excluding Bank and Public Holidays.


Please notify us immediately if any incorrectly supplied goods have been sent to you. It is your responsibility to inform us at info@joemckenna.ie within 7 days of delivery if any item that has been incorrectly supplied. We will then correct any error at no expense to the customer.


Please notify us within 7 days from the expected delivery date of a non-delivery. Please email us at info@joemckenna.ie.


In the event that all or part of your order is not available, we shall notify you by e-mail/phone as soon as possible. We will attempt to keep you regularly updated on any items ordered that are likely to be on back order for more than 14 days. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the items(s). We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but any dates we specify are approximate only and we will not be held liable for any delay or failure to achieve any delivery or other date.


Undeliverable orders that have been dispatched to the delivery address as supplied by the customer and consequently are returned to www.joemckenna.ie are subjected to a refund of the value of the products only (not including delivery charges) and less any applicable return costs charged by the carriers. There is also a 15% restocking charge applicable.


Please immediately inform us by email at www.joemckenna.ie with problems you may have with your delivery. Please inform us within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept any liability unless we are notified within the 7 days of delivery.DAMAGE OF DELIVERY:Always examine the packaging or pallet at the point of delivery before signing for any packages. If the package or pallet appears to be damaged in any way insist on writing a note on the carriers delivery consignment note. It is then your responsibility to inform us of any damage to products within 7 days of delivery.


Orders can only be collected at our retail outlet in Limerick by prior arrangement. Please email us to arrange this prior to completing your order on www.joemckenna.ie. In the event of collecting your order, Photo ID will be required to verify your identity.


Vat is included on all prices shown on this website. An itemised invoice showing the VAT will be issued for all orders on dispatch. Our VAT Number is IE 4590480W.


We offer a 'No Quibble' returns policy.

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way – We will refund the item(s) in full, excluding the delivery charge, provided the items are returned carriage paid, unused and in their original state and packaging and within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are normally issued same day of return, however we guarantee never more than 30 days.

If you return an item because it was faulty or incorrectly supplied We will exchange or refund the item(s) in full including the delivery charge and we will refund the cost of returning the item to us, providing return carriage charges are agreed in advance. In most instances we will instruct our carrier to collect on our account.

No credit, exchange or replacement will be allowed for goods defaced in any way.

Special orders or goods modified at the customers request are NOT Returnable.

All user manuals, warranty registration cards etc must be returned.


It is your responsibility to determine that the goods are sufficient and suitable for the purpose to which they are to be put. We shall in no way be held liable for any direct or consequential damage, loss or expense arising from any defect or inefficiency caused by any misuse of any item.

Items requiring assembly:

Certain items may need assembly prior to use. All machinery must be fuelled and oiled prior to first use. Hydraulic items may need bleeding or refuelling on receipt. Ordering of these items is on the understanding that the purchaser is competent or has employed someone competent to complete these tasks.


We reserve the right to make any price adjustments whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders published at the incorrect price.


If your item is not in stock or we cannot supply for any reason, we will endeavour to offer you an alternative product or place the item on back order. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. The cardholder shall remain responsible for notifying their issuing bank with any changes in details or fraudulent/not normal activities on their account. Joe McKenna (Lmk) Limited takes no responsibility regarding any fraudulent activity on any customers cards/accounts used on this website. We have taken all necessary steps regarding upholding PCI DSS compliance and remain objective in the case of cardholders bearing their own responsibility regarding Republic of Ireland jurisdiction laws.


All goods supplied are covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty. If an item is faulty, please return it to us with a covering letter. We will then arrange to either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer. None of the above affects your statutory rights.

We accept credit card payments from MasterCard & Visa and debit card payments from Laser & Visa Debit. If you are shopping from outside of the euro zone, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency
